Refund policy

To start a return, sign into your account or create an account here.

We accept returns for a full refund of the product price within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags still attached if applicable.

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
