That depends on a few factors, including the shipping speed you chose. Ultimately, once your order is picked up from Karis Parenting by USPS, they are responsible for delivery speed. On our end, all orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after we receive your order. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

After your order is picked up by the carrier and is no longer at our facility, you'll need to work with USPS to resolve delivery issues. Delivery delays are outside of our control.

To start a return, click here. You will be asked to create an account if you don't already have one. We accept returns for a full refund of the product price within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags still attached if applicable.

No. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

No, we don’t offer exchanges at this time. If one product doesn't work out and you'd rather get another one, you'll need to return the item you don't want and place a separate order for the item you do want.
