Hi friends! I hope, unlike me, that you’ve managed to stay well during the winter months. Having two kids under three means that winters, once my favorite season, are now spent with sniffling noses and recovering in bed.

Nature’s Wonders and Finding Values
If you’ve followed our social media pages or read this newsletter long enough, you know how excited we are to finally release Nature’s Wonders. Beta testing begins at the end of March, and we’ll have an improved product ready to sell sometime in May. Yay!
We’re hard at work creating a Values Game that leads couples or individuals through conversations to discover their own values to become aligned partners and parents. We especially want to help couples who might be thinking about having children to talk about inherited values from their family of origin and decide for themselves, as a couple, what values, traditions, and approaches to life are important for their new family. Thanks to those of you who have helped us during our design sprints over the past few months!
If that isn’t enough, we’ve contracted with five artists to illustrate five board books for our upcoming Via Karis book set. Each book will be based on the five elements of the Via Karis, written by both KP and FBCA staff. We’ll announce more about the artists in a few months.
Stay tuned!

The American Academy of Pediatrics recommends using “Sportscasting” as a parenting tool. They say, “Provide a ‘play by play’ of what you see your child doing. Speak in a neutral or positive tone. This conveys to the child: ‘I see you, I hear you and I delight in you.’"
